Thai Chicken Salad


Almond Thai Sauce

  • 2 heaping tablespoon MaraNatha No Stir Almond Butter
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1-2 teaspoons almond milk

Chicken Salad

  • 1/4 cup Almond Thai Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup matchbox carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4-5 basil leaves, chopped


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the Thai Almond Sauce together in a small bowl.  You might want to consider heating the almond butter in the microwave, so it mixes better.  Set the sauce aside. 

  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, green onions, carrots, and basil.  Slowly add the Thai sauce into the chicken and toss. 

  3. Refrigerate until you are ready to eat it!
