Break the ground chuck into four burgers. Add your favorite seasonings and grill your burgers to your specifications.
Cook quinoa, cook bacon and caramelize the onion.
Build your lunch bowls. In each bowl add 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup of spinach, one cooked burger patty, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 of the caramelized onion, a slice of bacon and pickles.
Heat each bowl in the microwave for 1-2 minutes before eating. Add ketchup, mustard, and any other burger toppings.
