Chimichurri Steak Loaded Fries


  • 2 servings McCain® Craft Beer Battered Thin Cut Fries
  • 2 servings McCain® Seasoned Waffle Fries
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 grilled filet mignon. Or another steak of choice
  • 1/3 cup Chimichurri Sauce


  1. preheat the oven and cook the McCain® Potatoes according to the instructions on the package.  

  2. Cook your steak medium on a griddle.  Until it reaches a temperature between 125 and 130 degrees f. 

  3. Build the loaded fries.  Arrange the fries on a platter.  Distribute the steak on top of the fries.  Add tomatoes onto the fries, along with Chimichurri Sauce.  Serve immediately/
