In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey together.
In a second bowl, mix oats, pepitas, cayenne pepper, chocolate chips, chia seeds and wheat germ.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Line a 13X9 pan with parchment paper and pour the granola mixture into the pan.
Cover the pan and place the granola in the fridge. Cool for 2-3 hours
Once the granola is cooled and set, cut the granola bars. Eat or store in the fridge.
