Grilled Steak with Rosemary-Honey Butter sauce


  • 2-4 steaks

Rosemary-Honey Butter Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1-2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Make Honey butter sauce. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter, add honey and rosemary and cook for 5-10 minutes, constantly stirring.  You can remove the rosemary from the butter or leave it in if you prefer. 

  2. salt and pepper steaks and grill them to your liking 

  3. Let the steaks rest and drizzle rosemary-honey butter on the steaks and serve immediately.
