Hawaiian Tuna Salad

  • 1 5 ounce can of tuna
  • 2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/3 cup pineapple pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion


  1. Open the can of tuna.  Drain the liquid and place the tuna in a bowl.  

  2. Prepare ingredients.  chop macadamia nuts, pineapple, onions, and cilantro.  

  3. Mix in the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise into the tuna. 

  4. Fold the rest of the ingredients into the tuna salad. 

  5. Place the tuna salad onto slices of bread and enjoy!  Or place the tuna salad in the fridge for later.
