This easy banana bread recipe tastes like a stack of your favorite buttermilk pancakes!
Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a spoon or fork.
Mix wet ingredients—softened butter, sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, buttermilk, and eggs. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, Stir flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased 8X5 loaf pan.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes. You will know it is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let the bread cool completely before removing it from the pan.
