Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture to form a batter.
Fold in any additional ingredients you choose to add ( chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
Add batter to each muffin tin 3/4 using the cookie scoop.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove the muffins and place the muffins on a cooling rack. Let the muffins cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
