Slow Cooker Butter Ranch Carrots

These slow cooker sweet and zesty ranch carrots are dripping with butter and filled with ranch flavoring.  

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Ranch Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons dried onion or onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Set your slow cooker to low and add carrots and ranch seasonings to the slow cooker.

  2. Stir the ranch seasoning throughout the carrots.

  3. Slice the butter into even slices and spread over the carrots.

  4. Slow-cook carrots on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.  When carrots are fork-tender, they are ready to eat.
