Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 18 muffin tins with liners or grease muffin tins
In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Whisk Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
Combine bananas, oil, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and eggs in a second bowl.
Add the dry and wet ingredients to form a batter.
Warm-up hot fudge in the microwave. Drizzle hot fudge into the batter with most peanut butter cups and fold in, but don't over-mix them.
Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full with batter.
Top off each muffin with the leftover peanut butter cups.
Bake the muffins for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the banana muffins cool before serving.
