Cream Cheese Mints are the perfect ending to any holiday meal. This no-bake cream cheese recipe is an easy dessert to whip up the day of any holiday gathering.
Add softened cream cheese, softened butter, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well.
Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, and stir the sugar in until you get a dough-like batter mixture that is not sticky.
Add sprinkles and mix in well.
Roll 1/2-inch balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
Press mints down with a fork. You can also choose to use a candy mold to mold them.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating.
