Slow Cooker Pork Parmesan Meatloaf

Ground Pork is a very budget-friendly ingredient.  You will love this ground pork meatloaf recipe!  This easy recipe calls for a few easy ingredients and cooks in the slow cooker all day while you're out and about!   I have been perfecting my sweet meatloaf glaze for years!  Your entire family will love this dinner and look forward to a meatloaf sandwich for lunch the next day!

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 5 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion 
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg

Meatloaf Glaze

  • 3/4 cup ketchup 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground pork, egg, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and onion. 

  2. Mix the ingredients for the meatloaf glaze in a separate smaller bowl. 

  3. Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. 

  4. Turn your meatloaf mixture into a loaf.  And place the meatloaf into your slow cooker. 

  5. Spread the glaze on top of the meatloaf. 

  6. ook on low for 5 hours or on high for 3 hours. 

  7. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the pork has an internal temperature of 145 degrees. 

  8. Slice your meatloaf into portions and serve.
