Place all of the ingredients at the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Secure Lid and Cook on High Pressure for 90 minutes.
let naturally release.
Pull apart the beef using a knife and fork and place it back into the Instant Pot Pan.
Mix the pork with the juices.
Turn on the saute function on your Instant Pot.
Saute for 10 -15 minutes while stirring every few minutes. This will help the mixture thicken.
