Ingredients

Polenta

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon butter optional
  • 1 dash salt

Sauteed Plums

  • 6-8 plums cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Polenta Bowls

  • 1 Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Yogurt
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Winter fruit

Instructions

Polenta

  1. On your stovetop in a saucepan bring butter, milk, and water to a boil.

  2. Once your liquid starts to boil, start adding cornmeal slowly into the pan while continuously whisking.

  3. Whisk until the cornmeal turns to Polenta, then remove from heat and pour polenta directly into a bowl.

Plums

  1. Cut Plums into wedges and place them into a pan with butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla.

  2. cook over medium heat, until the plums are softened, and until a sauce is created.

  3. Remove from heat when the plums reach the texture you prefer

Build your Polenta Bowl

  1. Place polenta in a bowl. Top it with yogurt, plum sauce, and pomegranate seeds.
