Set your Instant Pot to the Saute setting.
Pour sesame oil on the bottom of your Instant Pot
Place Ground Pork, cabbage, garlic, green onions, hoisin, ginger, and sriracha in your Instant Pot and mix together while sauteing slightly.
Don't worry about cooking the meat all the way through that is what the pressure cooking process is for. Once everything is mixed up, close your Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Release pressure right after the cooking process is finished. Remove lid.
Saute to thicken the mixture.
Top with soy sauce and enjoy within a lettuce wrap!
