Sweet Baked Beans Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained
  • 1 28 ounces can your favorite baked beans
  • 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

garnishes

  • cheese
  • green onions
  • sour cream

Instructions

Pressure Cooker Instructions

  1. Set your pressure cooker to the saute setting.  Brown the ground beef. Drain and put the meat back into your pressure cooker's pot. 

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot in no particular order.  And stir. 

  3. Close the lid to your pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. 

  4. let NPR for 10

  5. Open up your pot.  If your chili is as not as thick as you would like, saute for 5-0 additional minutes. 

  6. eat!

Slow Cooker Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain. 

  2. Add the ground beef into your slow cooker.  Add all of the other ingredients in no particular order. 

  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours. 

  4. Add garnishes and eat!
