Mix the ingredients together for the dumplings and set aside.
Set your pressure cooker to saute. Add the butter, brown sugar and sauerkraut. Mix over heat.
Add Pork roast, leeks, apples and carrots.
Drop 1-2 inch dumplings into your pot. You can use a spoon to drop them in.
Pour apple juice over everything
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Let naturally release.
Arrange the food in a baking dish. Or just serve right out of your Instant Pot pan!
