I have seen many ” orange juice vinaigrette salads” lately on Tiktok, and that’s what inspired this broccoli salad. If you’re looking for something a little healthier, you can omit the mayonnaise in this dressing or replace the mayonnaise with plain yogurt.
Although you can swap my broccoli salad toppings with your favorites, here is what you need for this easy and delicious orange juice broccoli salad!
Fresh Broccoli Florets
Chopped Almonds
Mini cucumber
Red Onion
Clementine wedges or Mandarin Oranges
Feta Cheese
Dried Cranberries
Orange Juice Vingerette
Orange Juice
Honey or Sugar
White Vinegar
Mayonnaise or Plain Yogurt

Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup clementine or mandarin orange slices
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup sliced mini cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup Creamy Orange Juice Dressing
- 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
CreamyOrange Juice Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise you can sub plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
Instructions

Make Dressing. In a medium bowl or measuring cup, whisk together ingredients for the dressing.

Wash and chop broccoli. Arrange in a bowl with chopped almonds, onion, cucumber, clementine slices, feta cheese, and craisins.

Mix broccoli salad in dressing. Let salad marinate in the fridge for an hour before eating.
