This recipe takes 1 minute to cook, contains just a few ingredients, and is filled with flavor!  This is a great recipe for those of you who want an authentic New Orleans Po Boy Sandwich but don’t live near a restaurant that makes them.   All you need to do is cook the shrimp in your electric pressure cooker for 1 minute and add your favorite Po Boy sandwich toppings.

What is a Po Boy?

A Po Boy sandwich is a sandwich that originated in the Fresh Quarter of New Orleans.  It is traditionally served on a French Baguette and can be filled with shrimp, oysters, or sausage.  It generally has Remoulade sauce.  Many Po Boy sandwiches you find in restaurants have fried shrimp.  But this steamed Cajun shrimp is so good. You won’t miss the fried, I promise.
