Top 10 Posts from 2020

by Kristen

2020 was quite the year.  Here are my top 10 recipes from this year.

The year 2020 was filled with so much.  Joy, anxiety, fear, and lots of love.  Definitely, the year to stay at home and eat dinner with your family.  🙂

This year was filled with

aimlessly walking laps around my backyard

aimlessly walking around the neighborhood

finding any and every outdoor activity to do with my kids.

Watching movies on Disney plus

Baking way too many desserts

Buying way too much sidewalk chalk

Reading lots of books!  ( you can check out my Goodreads profile)

Trying to avoid the 24-hour news cycle

Oh yeah, and working on a special project- which I will announce soon!

Here are my top 10 posts for 2020

9. Instant Pot Italian Chicken Thighs

8. Crispy Greek Potatoes

Hi Kristen
I’m a long lost EJH friend of your mom’s, Jane. Janet told me about your website today and I have to say it’s really great. I’m one of those friends that says “I watched you grow up”, but it’s true. I remember when you were so little, you couldn’t eat anything with red dye in it. Who knows how your mom even figured that out. I’ve seen your dance pictures, your boyfriends and even was a honored guest at your wedding. Too see what you’ve accomplished all on your own is something to be admired, and with three little guys “helping”, I’m sure it wasn’t easy. No wonder you bought a lot of sidewalk chalk. Ha. Today your mom called and told me you’re soon going to be a published author. We’re all so proud of you. Keep up the good work.
