This Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Cauliflower Gnocchi is such an easy recipe to whip up!  The whole meal is made all on one pan, and your entire family will enjoy the zesty Italian flavors!  This recipe will work with regular gnocchi as well.

Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes, hence the food website.   But like most everybody these days, I don’t always have the time to spend in the kitchen cooking all day long, and usually, when I cook, my goal is always to use as few dishes as possible.  One tactic I use for busy weeknights is to cook an entire meal on a sheet pan. I will line the sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup!

Keto Blend Organic Olive & MCT Oil is delicious and healthy. It is a great component to use when making healthier recipes for your family at home.  I picked up  Keto Blend Organic Olive & MCT Oil at Walmart.com.   My kids love this meal. This is the ultimate comfort dish that you don’t need to feel guilty about at all!

Keto Blend Organic Olive & MCT Oil really makes this meal delicious because the cauliflower turns out crispy when it is drizzled with oil before it is roasted in the oven.
