During the summer iced drinks are my life.  However, now that I am officially in my upper 30’s, I have become much more mindful about the calorie intake and the sugar content of all these said summer iced drinks.   I have become an expert on making fun, fruity iced teas at home, and not only are they better for me than hitting up the drive-thru, but I also save lots of money when I make my summer drinks at home.  It has been super fun to get creative with them too!

Peach Melba is a dessert that originated in London and was named after the opera singer, Nellie Melba.  It is a desert where peaches and raspberry sauce were featured on top of vanilla ice cream.   I skipped the ice cream and made my own peach melba iced tea using Bigelow Red Raspberry and Bigelow Perfect Peach tea.  I added fresh fruit, and this iced tea was such a treat!

This #BigelowIcedTea is delicious, and I shopped for Bigelow Tea at Walmart!  You can find Bigelow tea at Walmart stores,, or you can use Walmart’s online grocery service too!

A big pitcher of fruity iced tea is the perfect drink to serve at gatherings!  I feel like more and more people are looking for fun drinks to enjoy without a ton of sugar.   I added a little sweetener to this tea, but you can add as little or as much as you like to your tea or no sweetener at all. and I promise that it will taste great no matter which way you choose.

My afternoon cup of tea is important to me. I love being able to relax for a few minutes in the afternoon with my afternoon tea. It is the perfect option to have something delicious and refreshing without overdoing it on sugar or calories. I have tried multiple brands of tea, and Bigelow tea really sets the bar high because they use only the finest ingredients.

Bigelow tea uses foil packaging, which ensures freshness and is a family company, that has been around for three generations.

This tea is super easy to make.  All you need to do is to steep a few cups of Perfect Peach Herbal Tea, followed by a few cups of Red Raspberry Herbal Tea, according to the directions on the box, and let it cool off in the fridge, before mixing the tea up with fruit and a little sweetener.  You certainly do not have to add fruit to this, but I think that adding peaches and raspberries adds the perfect touch.
