Salted Caramel Pumpkin Latte

It has been raining here in Iowa for precisely ten straight days.  It. Can. Stop. Any. Time. This salted caramel pumpkin latte was super easy to make and turned out so creamy! This latte has just two packets of Stevia In The Raw®, which is sweet but not overly sweet.  I love the addition of butter to this latte, it makes it so creamy, and it achieves of consistency of a coffee shop latte.

When using Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag for baking recipes, it is recommended that the user replaces only about half of the sugar in order to achieve the proper browning, rising and caramelizing that only sugar can provide.  You will find instructions and top on their website as well.
