Southwestern Beef Stew

After all three of my kids were born, I had friends bring me meals.  It is an amazing feeling to know people care about you when your family is in need.  In turn, I really love making meals for families in need.  It is a great feeling, especially since cooking for people is a way I like to share myself with others.

Some days just call for something rustic and delicious.  I love soups and stews when it is cold outside.  This Beef stew has the essentials.  Carrots, onions and potatoes.  But I also added some Southwestern flair.  ah mazing.

Today, I am partnering with Linqia to bring you awareness about ALS.  Do you remember a few years ago when everyone was posting videos of the Ice Bucket Challenge?  This charity benefits ALS therapy Institute.  ALS is a disease that impacts the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, specifically those that control voluntary muscle movement. It is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder.

You can help, by donating to the ALS Therapy Institute.

An amazing way to help out a friend is to bring them a warm pot of this Southwestern Stew.  Check out this video I made!  This meal is easy peasy!
