Am I football fan? No. But I love attending parties with awesome spreads! Whenever my husband and I get together with our college friends, someone always brings some sort of hot and cheesy dip with tortilla chips. It’s always excellent and I always eat too much.
I thought it would be fun to try a lightened-up version of my favorite chili-cheese dip. Instead of using cream cheese, mayo or sour cream in this dip, – I mixed Hormel Turkey Chili with Greek Yogurt! And guess what? my family and I loved it!
This dip was SUPER easy to make. It hardly took any time at all! I just added a few easy ingredients to Hormel Turkey Chili.
Skinny Chili Cheesy Dip
1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup of cheddar shredded cheese
1/8 cup of chopped green onions
1/4 cup of frozen corn- optional
Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow baking dish mix together all of the ingredients. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Remove from oven. Enjoy.
This dip was delicious! I will make this again for sure!
