These DIY Chocolate Pudding Pops are healthy and easy. They are perfect for school lunches. This chocolate pudding has no added sugar and is no cook. All you need it six healthy ingredients.
On this blog, I have shared with you, DIY “Go gurt” and DIY “Go gurt” with hidden veggies. In both of these posts, I used popsicles. I used zipzicles for this healthy pudding as well.
I also tried out some different containers that I found on Amazon. Disposable food pouches and a reusable food pouch. There are many different options for containers if you look on Amazon.
I used my food processor for this pudding. I added some cashew butter to thicken it up a little bit. If you want your chocolate banana pudding to be nut-free, you could also add avocado.
Healthy No-Bake Banana Chocolate Pudding
Three semi-ripe bananas
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
One teaspoon of no alcohol vanilla
One tablespoon of Cashew Butter – or another nut butter
Two tablespoons of Almond Milk – or another milk of your choice
One teaspoon of coconut butter- or add more nut butter
Method: Put all the ingredients in your food processor or mixer. Mix until smooth. Place your pudding into your desired container and cool in the fridge for 1 hour before eating.
My kids loved this pudding. There is no added sugar in this recipe, and it tasted delicious. I might add more chocolate next time. I love my pudding as chocolatey as possible.

When substituting avocado to make it nut-free, should I use an entire avocado to replace the nut butter AND coconut butter?
I am really not sure. Maybe you should look up an avocado pudding recipe. I think mywholefoodlife.com has a good one.
These look great! Wondering if you think they would freeze well in popsicle molds to be “fudgecicles”? Thanks!!
I think they would be fantastic frozen!
I’m going to try these with a summer school class I’m teaching. How many of the little pudding pops did this make in the zipzicle package?
btw – not sure if this is going to show up all caps, but it’s typing up in all caps as I type, even with pushing caps lock on and off.
probably six?
Please make sure to check that none of the kids have peanut allergies before doing this.

Oh yummy, I love anything with chocolate in it. I love pudding as well so I know I’d love this. It’s a great idea to add some bananas in there, I will have to try this sometime for the kido’s.
