If I have one thing that has occurred over and over again on this blog. Its my overuse of bananas. Smoothies, and banana ice cream, and frozen bananas and everything in between. My favorite application using bananas is to replace refined sugar with bananas in desserts.
Not only are bananas healthy, but they’re really sweet. Even if you have a total sweet tooth, I promise, that you can use bananas instead of sugar and love what you are eating.
