My life as a busy mom.   Many nights, when things get crazy, I often turn to steam fresh frozen vegetables.  For a while, I didn’t think there would be a difference between the steam fresh frozen vegetables and the regular ones.  But, once you try the steam fresh frozen vegetables, you don’t go back!

I love how easy it is to just reach into your freezer and throw the whole bag in the microwave.  Seriously, there is no excuse for me not to serve vegetables to my kids.

Last week, when I was visiting my parents in the Chicago Burbs, my mom and I headed to Meijer with the kids and picked up some of the cool new flavors of Birds Eye® Steamfresh Vegetables.   Some of these flavors seem so innovative and delicious

I will be sharing with you, all of these awesome flavors and I will be giving away a Meijer gift card to one lucky winner who can tell me the most creative way they would incorporate these steam fresh vegetables into their family’s meals.

If you head over to Meijer, these frozen vegetables are easy to find.  Just go to the frozen vegetable section and there they are!

  1. I think the California style veggies would be perfect for almost any soup or stew. I can’t wait to give all these varieties a try.

  2. I would use the southwest style in tacos!

  3. I think the Ranch Seasoned Broccoli could easily be a part of any pasta dish or maybe I should try it in a stuffed chicken breast!
