Sriracha-Maple Roasted Cashews


I have had this recipe in the back of my mind for a week or two now.   I have jumped on the trendy ” Siriracha” train and I love the stuff.  So far on this blog I have made Crispy Baked Sriracha Chicken, Sriracha Deviled Eggs, and now, I am sharing with you my new obsession, Sriracha Roasted Cashews.

These are so gooey and delicious!

I made three different batches of these before I achieved my desired consistency.   Two in my slow cooker,  and one in the oven.  I think both ways work well, but DON’T leave these cashews in the slow cooker for more than 90 minutes.  Because I did that on my first try, and they turned out super mushy.

Siriracha- Maple Roasted Cashews 


8 ounces of cashews

1/3 cup of Maple Syrup

3 tablespoons of Sriracha Sauce

A few shakes of Sea Salt

Cooking Method #1  Mix all the Ingredients together  in your crock pot  on low for 90 minutes. Remember to take them out before they get Mushy!

Cooking Method #2 Toss all the ingredients together.  Roast in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.




These were Gooey and Sweet and Spicy.  WOW.  I can’t wait to make these during the holidays.  What a great party snack!
