Pressure Cooker Cheesy Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups half and half or milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Set your pressure cooker to the saute setting. 

  2. add butter, cream cheese, garlic, and ground mustard and whisk together over the heat. 

  3. add milk and continue whisking. 

  4. Add shredded cheese and keep whisking. until all the cheese is melted into the sauce. 

  5. Add cauliflower and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes

  6. open the lid, and enjoy!
