Mix olive oil in a bowl with the minced garlic
Brush each piece of salmon with the olive oil and garlic mixture.
Brush lemon juice on each piece of salmon as well.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, parsley flakes, honey and top each piece with a lemon slice.
Wrap each piece of salmon up in tin foil.
Place 1 1/2 cups of water in your instant pot and place the trivet in your Instant Pot- the trivet that came with it.
Place the salmon packets on top of the trivet.
Close your Instant Pot and cook the salmon on high pressure for 5-8 minutes if you have a smaller piece or for 10-12 minutes if you have a larger piece.
Release pressure right after cooking time is done and eat!
