For all three of my sons, I have made them homemade baby food, and I love coming up with different combinations for them!
Now that my littlest guy is starting to have his first tastes of solid food, I have started preparing different combinations of him to try.
( below is a photo of me, hanging out with son #1 and son #3.)
After starting first foods with my oldest son, I have been mindful about the tummy troubles that can happen with the babies after starting solid foods. I really like to ease them slowly when we start solid foods.
UpSpring’s Probiotic + Colostrum helps to reduce occasional digestive upset like constipation, gas and diarrhea, while also providing additional immune support for babies.
UpSpring’s Probiotic + Colostrum has 6 probiotic strains plus probiotics (which help the beneficial bacteria flourish), each serving contains 5 billion active cultures. Colostrum, too, acts like a prebiotic, and it provides a complete range of antibodies for even more immune support.
You can learn more about probiotic and colostrum on their website.
Upspring is a Mom-found company, and has been around since 2005.

I bet you can come up with your own too! I make baby food making easy. I steam the fruits and veggies in my microwave vegetable steamer, then I blend the puree together in my blender.
This was a great product, and so far, my kids’ tummy has been going smoothly!
