I have had a little obsession with Greek Yogurt ranch dip as of late. I am a little embarrassed at how much I have been consuming. I have been eating it with baby carrots. with bags and bags of baby carrots.
We eat tons of Greek yogurt in our house. and When I saw this new product for Greek Yogurt Ranch I decided to check it out.
( No. This post is not being sponsored. I just love the stuff)
So Here is this ranch dressing made with only Greek Yogurt? OMG yes. Greek Yogurt makes a wonderful snack!
Last January, I made this Greek Yogurt Crispy Baked Chicken and it was a hit. Last week, I decided to try making Greek Yogurt Ranch mashed potatoes. And yes. also delicious.
Greek Yogurt Ranch Mashed Potatoes ( Serves 6-8)
6-8 Yukon Gold Potatoes
12 ounces of Greek Yogurt – or less
1 Greek Yogurt Ranch flavor Packet
Method: Make Greek Yogurt ranch dressing by mixing the ranch flavor packet with 12 ounces of greek yogurt. Let the ranch sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes. You won’t use all the ranch in the mashed potatoes- save some for carrot dipping. Cut Yukon Gold potatoes into pieces and boil them in water until they are soft. Place the potatoes in your mixer with your desired amount of Greek Yogurt Ranch. Whip the potatoes until they are a consistency you like.
This was excellent. I will make it again.
