I am so excited you guys! I have created my first recipe video! I have been thinking about making one for quite some time. Finally this weekend I made one!
I love these ” Drumstick” Pops. They’re little and just the right size! Plus no wasted calories from the cone. Plus, they’re gluten-free.
I used this fun silicone “cake pop” mold to make these.
You can use any chocolate you like or any nut you like- I used dry roasted peanuts.
I am going to keep this post short. First the video- then I will write the recipe out for you too!
” Drumstick” Ice Cream Pops
15 ” cookie scoops” of your favorite vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
1/3 cup of dry roasted peanuts.
Method: Using a cookie scoop, scoop vanilla ice cream into the silicone “cake pop” mold. scoop the ice cream into the side that does not have the holes. put the lid on the silicone mold and put lolly pop sticks into the holes. Place the silicone mold in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Right before you remove the ice cream pops out of the freezer, melt chocolate chips in the microwave by microwaving them for 30 seconds at a time and stirring the chocolate between each microwave run. Chop the peanuts. I used my ninja blender to chop them. Remove the ice cream pops from the freezer and from the silicone molds. dip each ice cream pop in chocolate, followed by the nuts. put the pops back into the freezer as soon as possible. They will store well in freezer bags.

Wow you guys. These were little. Sweet and just the most amazing little dessert. My husband says that he could easily eat three. But I love just a spot of dessert.
