These DIY Chocolate Pudding Pops are healthy and easy. They are perfect for school lunches. This chocolate pudding has no added sugar and is no cook. All you need it 6 healthy ingredients.
I also tried out some different containers that I found on Amazon. Disposable food pouches and a reusable food pouch. There are many different options for containers if you look on Amazon
I used my food processor for this pudding. I added some cashew butter to thicken it up a little bit. If you want your chocolate banana pudding to be nut-free, you could also add an avocado.
Healthy No Bake Banana Chocolate Pudding
3 semi-ripe bananas
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon of no alcohol vanilla
1 tablespoon of Cashew Butter – or another nut butter
2 tablespoons of Almond Milk – or another milk of your choice
1 teaspoon of coconut butter- or add more nut butter
Method: Put all the ingredients in your food processor or mixer. Mix together until smooth. Place your pudding into your desired container and cool in the fridge for 1 hour before eating.
Needless to say, my kids loved this pudding. There is no added sugar in this recipe and it actually tasted delicious. I might add more chocolate next time, I love my pudding as chocolatey as possible.
