A few months ago I published a post. An easy weeknight salad bar. On that post I received a comment from Annabellouise from the blog Whoever has the most fabric. . She commented that ” Its all in the marketing”. Meaning that if you ” market” healthy food to your family then they will be more likely to eat it.
I got to thinking…… Then I started searching. And at the end of it all I found 25 Healthy and family friendly ” Food bar” ideas that can help you ” market” healthy meals to your family!
Here they are. I hope you don’t feel too overwhelmed after this.
Some of these bars look really extravagant, but simpler bars can be made at home.

I made a Ice cream sundae one for my daughters birthday party, I put sprinkles, marsh cherries, whipped cream, M&M’s, etc in a muffin pan and they got to scoop there toppings, more fun than cake.
